Managing your reviews is essential to protecting your brand image and ensuring high-quality communication with your customers. With Inflate, you can control what is published using the “Publishing” section. Here's how to do it step by step :

1. Go to the “Publishing” section

1. Log in to your account :

• Go to https://inflate.review

• Click on Log In

• Enter your login details

2. Once logged in :

• Go to the “Publishing” tab.

• You are now in the area dedicated to moderating your reviews.

2. Review the opinions received

In “Publishing”, you will see a list of reviews submitted by your customers. For each one, you can :

• Read the review in detail to understand its content.

• See the name of the author who left the review.

• Check the rating given by the customer.

• Check the publication date to see when the review was posted.

• Check the status of the review (visible or hidden).

• Click on the three dots to access the various options for action in order to make a decision on the notice.

3. Make a decision on each notice

Depending on your internal policy and the rules in force, you have two options when you click on the three dots :

• Approve the review → it will be validated and displayed publicly on your media.

• Hide the review → it will not be published. In this case, you must provide a justification in order to remain compliant with European requirements (EU compliance).

• The available reasons are :

  -Spam

  -Offensive language

  -Irrelevant / Off-topic

  -Duplicate

  -By client request

  -Other

• Select the appropriate reason, confirm your choice by clicking “Apply,” and the notice will be officially hidden.

In your personal overview, you also have the option to choose whether to display only visible reviews or only hidden reviews, depending on what you want to analyze.
