How to find your Trustpilot redirect link and integrate it into Inflate

Retrieve your Trustpilot link
To enable your customers to easily leave a review via Inflate, you must first retrieve the unique address of your Trustpilot page. Here's how to do it :
Open your search engine and type : https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/ + your domain name OR go directly to Trustpilot and type your brand name in the search bar.
Example with SFR :
→ Their domain name is www.SFR.fr
→ https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/www.sfr.fr
→ or by searching directly on Trustpilot for “SFR”
Copy the address that appears. It always follows this format : https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/your-domain-name
→ This is the link you will share with your customers : it takes them directly to the page where they can write a review about your business. Test the link beforehand and make sure it redirects to your Trustpilot page.
2. Integrate your Trustpilot link into Inflate
Now that you have your link, simply add it to your Inflate space.
Log in to your account :
Go to https://inflate.review
Click on “Log In”
Enter your login details
Once logged in :
Go to the “Integrations” tab
Select Trustpilot
Paste your Trustpilot link into the field provided.
Click “Save” to confirm : “Trustpilot URL saved” will be displayed.
Check whether the connection has been established by clicking “Test”.

Once this integration is active, we can redirect your most satisfied customers to Trustpilot to improve your online reputation.
The result ? You centralize your reviews, increase your visibility on Trustpilot, and strengthen your brand's trustworthiness, credibility, and e-reputation.
