When you set up Inflate to collect and redirect your reviews to Google Reviews, you need to enter your Google Place ID. This unique code identifies your store or business on Google Maps. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you find it easily.

Step 1 – Access the Google Place ID tool

1. Visit the official page: Google Place ID Finder.

2. Scroll down to the interactive map titled “Find the ID of a particular place.”

Step 2 – Search for your company

1.  In the map search bar, enter the full name of your business (e.g., Inflate Paris).

2. If necessary, add the city or address to refine the search.

3. Click on the correct establishment in the list provided.

Step 3 – Copy your Place ID

1. After selecting your establishment, a bubble will appear on the map.

2. Your Place ID appears below the company name (a string of letters and numbers).

3. Copy it by clicking on it or by right-clicking → Copy.

Step 4 – Add it to Inflate (Shopify)

1. Log in to your Inflate dashboard, then you have two options

4.  Paste your Place ID into the field provided.

5. Save your changes using the “Save” button and run a test.

Tips & FAQ

• If you cannot find your establishment : check that your Google Business profile is correctly configured and published.

• Only one Place ID per location : if you have multiple stores, repeat the search for each one.
